With the help of proven evaluations and exercises by world-renowned experts, my relationship coaching is designed to improve relationship happiness, health, and resilience. Based on the latest research, you will learn essential skills to heal and strengthen your connection.

What does a workshop look like and how much does it cost?

I do offer two types of workshops which can also be booked as a package:

Foundation Coaching: Detailed analysis of your relationship foundation (e.g., friendship, teamwork, trust & romance); Design of a personalized relationship wellness guide with techniques, exercises, and games to strengthen your relationship foundation; two coaching sessions regarding your future relationship development (Price: $500).
Premium Coaching: Foundation Couching plus detailed analysis of your relationship conflicts and types of conflicts; Exploring your relationship values, goals, and expectations. Design of a personalized relationship wellness guide with techniques, exercises, and games to learn conflict management styles, find solutions, and create a relationship future map; eight coaching sessions and development of a follow-up plan (Price: $2000).

What is the Difference to Traditional Marriage Therapy?

The success rate of Marriage Therapy varies between 35-50%. Two key issues seem to be the reasons:

Lack of Scientific Basis: Not all marital therapies are grounded in scientific research.
Timing: Many couples seek therapy too late, often when they're already on the path to divorce.

I wanted to offer an alternative. With my background in publishing scientific research on relationships, I delved into the science of successful romantic partnerships. This led to the creation of my personalized, research-based relationship workshops.

Unlike traditional marriage therapy, my approach doesn't involve deep-diving into problems or analyzing childhood issues. Instead, I coach couples to apply specific techniques and exercises relevant to their relationship challenges. While my workshops often eliminate the need for marriage therapy, individual therapy may still be beneficial, especially for untreated mental health issues or deep-seated personal traumas. In such cases, I gladly refer clients to specialized professionals in my network.
